BIG
CHANGES Announced in the "BIG" COMPANIES founded
by Lonn Dugan
General Internet and web hosting services are being discontinued
at Bedford Internet & Graphics, Inc., dba BIG Design. The
company was founded with plans to obtain Venture Capital funding
for much larger expansion, but dotcom opportunities have changed
significantly in recent years. About a month ago, BIG Design
was able to upgrade servers even while downsizing our hosting
costs. Unfortunately, additional client defaults involving
large sums of money leave us no choice but to make permanent
change in our business plan. Founder Lonn Dugan will focus
on the larger opportunities presented at this time, including
those at BIG Marketing Solutions, LLC.
BIG Marketing Solutions LLC will continue to include Premium
Managed Hosting services for full service clients as part
of an overall marketing program. Minimum billing is $500
per month, or more. Services offered under this company include
Marketing, Advertising, Consultation, and Market Leadership
Coaching. Christian Ministry and Non-Profit discounts are

by BIG Marketing Solutions, LLC. They can be better served
by hourly tech support personnel at web hosting firms which
specialize in technology instead of marketing services. To

BIG
Marketing Solutions LLC (a sister company) reveals that it
spent much of 2002 assisting California Tan Inc with year
long project. Services were on a strictly confidential basis
until product launch.
Services include market research, product development, formula
recommendations, supplier recommendations, Regulatory services
(EPA and state regulatory agency registrations), and product
launch.
Cal Care tm Professional Cleaning System products were launched
this month to rave reviews in the tanning salon industry.
This is the first complete line of products designed exclusively
for cleaning suntanning salons. Products include glass cleaner,
tanning bed cleaner, bathroom cleaner, hard surface cleaner,
and laundry products. These products are being introduced
to other markets.
California
Tan Inc is a global nich market leader in skin care and suncare
formulations, sold in tanning salons, fine hotels, and resorts
worldwide. The company was purchased in 1998 by Max Recone,
former President of Playtex Consumer Products. Since this
time this company has firmly established market leadership
in its niche.

BIG Design divests itself of web community and niche portal
property at http://www.suntanning.com after 5 year run makes
it the most visited portal in it's market niche.
Search Engine placement was TOPS in its field. Site traffic
was running at 2 million hits per month at the time of the
sale. This site was the "Most Visited Tanning Portal On The
Planet" thanks to guidance and management of Lonn Dugan, president
of BIG Design.
The site had been a personal gift to the industry from Company
President Lonn Dugan, who served that industry in various
capacities over a 20 year career. His service and leadership
continue now that BIG Design offers consulting services. Dugan
remarked that the site was sold, "As a natural consequence
of our firm taking on larger projects and clients. "BIG Design
is growing" he said. "I have much less time for personal or
'hobby' sites these days", he noted.
New site owners are former comunity moderators who were mentored
and trained by BIG Design president Lonn Dugan. This alone
is a substantial accomplishemnt.
BIG Design continues as webmaster and consultant to the new
owners. This is another testimony to the ability of BIG Design
to cultivate long term business relationships.

BIG Design founds the site at http://www.bigdx.com to act as
the central hub of it's online marketing world. "We have doorway
sites for each area of specialty, but there was not one site
that covered all our capabilities at BIG Design, so we felt
this was a good idea" said company president Lonn Dugan. Short,
catchy ".com" domain names can be hard to find as the internet
matures. But BIG Design is good at the name game. BIGdx.com
is a truly great 5 letter domain name based on the company name,
with a twist. The dx stands for "deluxe" in most cases, as on
car models, product names, etc. The company will now use this
web address for all markets, in order to expose current clients
to the incredibly broad range of services available at BIG Design.

Big Design
launches CoachZone.Biz - a community
site and portal for business coaches. BIG Design founder Lonn
Dugan notes that the company's last web community was getting
over 2,000,000 hits a month, and over 1000 visitors daily when
it was sold. CoachZone.Biz will soon be a popular site with
business consultants and coaches as well as those who hire coaches
and consultants.
