Graphic artists like to make WILD looking stuff. Is that good for your business? Is your image more conventional? Want something safe but thoughtful? Unless you want a clip art look, a lot of work goes into a good logo.
This logo communicates a great deal about our company. It shows almost every shape available to an artist, including solid squares, without being too "square". The letters "BIG" are almost too large. This is done on purpose. Why? Because BIG companies don't have to fit any mold! Lines, shapes, and colors are creatively appealing no matter which kind you prefer. Sophisticated black and white art is shown, while subtle shading and colors add dimension and class. The logo has a raw or unfinished look to it, because of the sketchy "X"'s marking its corners, because a web site, product design, or even corporate image is never truly "done". Continual improvement calls for regular updating to stay with rapidly moving and changing market tastes. Or maybe you want to be left behind?
The logo looks like a network Televison logo because this is the dominant communication medium in our culture. A display screen is elevated on a pedestal for the same reason. Is this a Television Screen or A Computer Monitor? Whichever you are pre-disposed to!
The logo says BIG Design understands graphic and media communications arts. BIG Design is not content to stay inside the lines. Let us "think outside the box" for you!
